一、兴趣萌芽
When I was in junior high school, I began to have a strong interest in English. “Love me, love my dog”（爱屋及乌）, I loved everything related to English. In class, I listened carefully and actively participated in various activities. After class, I would read some simple English stories and try to understand them.
二、努力提升
To improve my English skills, I made great efforts. “Practice makes perfect”（熟能生巧）, I spent a lot of time practicing speaking, listening, reading and writing. I joined the English club and had many conversations with my classmates. I also did a lot of exercises to consolidate my knowledge.
三、遇到挫折
However, there were also times when I faced difficulties. There were some grammar points that I just couldn't understand. “Every coin has two sides”（事物都有两面性）, I sometimes felt frustrated and wanted to give up. But I knew I couldn't do that.
四、坚持突破
I insisted on working hard and gradually overcame those difficulties. “Where there is a will, there is a way”（有志者事竟成）, through continuous efforts, my English level improved significantly. I could communicate more smoothly and express my ideas clearly.
五、展望未来
